March of Flags an Aggression on Holy Sites & Provocation to All Muslims

The “Israeli” occupation authorities are planning to hold the March of Flags tomorrow, Thursday, May 18, through the Islamic neighborhoods of Jerusalem and Damascus Gate, in addition to the largest violation ever of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in a complete disregard for the feelings of Jerusalemites and Palestinians in particular, and the feelings of the Arab and Islamic Nations in general.

The March of Flags is, in fact, an “Israeli” dance over the suffering of the Palestinian people, who commemorate these days the 75th anniversary of the Nakba, when the Palestinian people were driven out of their land by the Zionist gangs that still strive to control the rest of the land.

“Netanyahu’s” attempts to appease the far-right, led by the extremist “Ben Gvir”, through shedding the blood of Palestinians in Gaza and violating the Islamic holy sites in the city of Jerusalem, will undoubtedly lead to catastrophic consequences for the security and stability of the region, for which the “Israeli” occupation is the sole responsible.

We call on the international community and all mediators to immediately interfere in order to curb the provocations of the occupation authorities in the city of Jerusalem as it might lead the entire region into the abyss of a devastating religious war. We also ask all the Arab and Islamic nations and organizations to have a clear position regarding the aggression on the city of Jerusalem by condemning the occupation in international forums and penalizing the normalization. Finally, we call on the friends of Palestine and the free people of the world to take effective steps to end the “Israeli” occupation and establish the Palestinian state.
