“Israeli” warplanes waged on Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, May 2-3, 2023, a series of violent airstrikes against the Gaza Strip in an apparent escalation of aggression against the Palestinian people.

The barbaric bombing resulted in the death of Hashem Mubarak “58 years old” and the injury of other five citizens, not to mention the panic of thousands of innocent citizens, especially women, children, and elderly people. The raids also caused massive damage to civilian properties.

In front of this sinful aggression in the aftermath of the martyrdom of Khader Adnan due to medical negligence in “Israeli” jails, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza holds the occupation full responsibility for the consequences of its aggression on the security and stability of the region.

The Ministry also calls on mediators and the international community to immediately interfere to defuse the powder keg and reduce the possibilities of renewed aggression on the Palestinian people. These efforts should start with exerting pressure on the occupation authorities to hand over the body of Khader Adnan to his family for a proper burial and putting an end to the suffering of 4,900 prisoners in “Israeli” jails.
