The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza denied the USA invitation to the economic workshop titled “Peace for Prosperity” at the Kingdom of Bahrain alleged providing support to the Palestinian economy, and enhancing the investment.

MFA considered this workshop as an American plan to clear the Palestinian issue according to what is known as “Century Deal”.

MFA appealed to boycott this suspicious workshop that rejected by overwhelming majority of Palestinians, additionally, it called all countries to be not legitimized for the US unilateral step that aimed to clear the Palestinian issue and give the occupation the legitimacy at the expense of the Palestinian people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs pointed that the significant problem that the Palestinians face is the occupation, furthermore the MFA declare that without ending the occupation the Palestinian people will continue to struggle down to establish a fully sovereign Palestinian state.
