As part of Crossings’ Employees Qualification Program, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, a training meeting at the diplomatic training hall about the management of foreigners’ affairs.
The meeting included discussions about the diplomatic immunity and other privileges of foreign visitors, the entrance mechanism of foreign diplomats and UN staff, types of passports, categories of passengers at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offices of foreign representatives, foreign government organizations in Gaza, and many other topics.
The training was presented by Emad Matar, Head of the International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nidal Al-Khalili, Representative of the Ministry at Beit Hanoun Crossing, Muhammad Abu Dagga, an official of protocol at Rafah crossings, along with Muhammad Rashid and Hanan Matar from the General Administration of the Foreigners and Expats Affairs at the Ministry of Interior.
