On Wednesday morning, October 19, 2022, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a training day in communication skills and the skills of dealing with non-foreign travelers for a group of employees of the Rafah Border Crossing.
The training was inaugurated in the presence of the Director of Diplomatic Training at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Dalloul.
The participants received specialized training in communication skills with travelers, answering their inquiries and questions, ways of understanding their personalities, and how to leave positive impressions on them.
The implementation of this training comes as part of the “Qualification Program for Crossings Officers on How to Deal with Diplomats at the Palestinian Crossings”, which is implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs over a period of 70 training hours.
