The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Gaza launched on Monday, September 26, a training program to guide government employees at border crossings on the best ways of dealing with foreign diplomats. The opening ceremony was attended by the Director-General of Mofa, Mahmoud El-Madhoun, and the Head of Borders & Crossings Authority, Fo’ad Abu Bteihan.
The program consists of 70 hours of training on various subjects, including etiquette, diplomatic protocols, diplomatic immunity and privileges, international organizations working in the Gaza Strip, dealing with foreign visitors, oral communication skills, communication with international journalists, etc.
