On Thursday the 25th of March, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a new training session entitled “Drafting and Writing Reports” in which a number of employees from MOFA and other ministries participated.
The meeting was presented by Dr. Ahmad Dalloul, Director of the Diplomatic Training Program in MOFA as he discussed how to draft a proper administrative report in accordance with the nature of the government work.
During the meeting, Dr. Dalloul implemented practical training, as he divided the participants into groups and requested each group to draft a report. Then, he discussed each report separately, identifying the most common problems and errors.
Given the importance of the meeting and its strong connection to government work, the participants were happy with the interaction and the opportunity of being a part of this meeting.
It is worth noting that the deputy attorney general, Diaa El-Madhoun, who came for a visit to congratulate the ministry for moving to its new headquarter, also witnessed the progress of the meeting. Furthermore, the director-general, Mr. Mahmoud El-Madhoun, explained that this meeting is part of a training course the Foreign Ministry holds to develop the government cadre in MOFA and other ministries.
