Diplomatic Training Program held the final meeting for “Forgery Detection and Managing Consular Certificates” Course in the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday, the 8th of April, 2021.
The final meeting, entitled, “Legal Framework for Ratifications and Forgery Penalties” took place online, taking into consideration the pandemic and abiding by the health authorities’ instructions.
This is the ninth and final meeting of the 9-week course, in which ten of the best trainers in Gaza took part in delivering it.
The course targeted the certifying employees in four different ministries, including, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice, and the Shariah Judiciary, as well as, a number of administrative staff in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Besides the skills of forgery detection and ratification management, the course included various topics, such as communication skills in the work environment, controlling emotions, and writing management reports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sought through this course to enhance the abilities of the ratifications’ employees, to better the government work environment and the services presented to the citizens.
