Out of its keen interest in improving the quality of its services, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed on Wednesday, June 22, two memorandums of understanding with the Palestinian Academy. The signing ceremonies were attended by the Ministry’s Director-General, Mahmoud El-Madhoun, and the Academy’s CEO, Mohammad Al-Afifi.
According to the signed memos, the Academy will provide the Ministry with mystery client service as a method to evaluate the quality of the Ministry’s services. The academy will also bring trainees and volunteers to work in the Ministry.
During his speech, El-Madhoun welcomed the staff of the Palestinian Academy, indicating that the Ministry chose the academy after a careful evaluation of its services. He also pointed out that the signing of these memos will open the gates of mutual cooperation between both sides.
In response, Al-Afifi thanked the Ministry for their trust, called for more collaboration between both sides, and assured that his academy will rise to the expectations of the ministry.
