The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has organized a tour to visit the development projects sponsored by the Turkish Red Crescent in Gaza, such as Al-Amal Institute for Orphans, the charity Tekyeh, and a number of factories.

The visiting delegation, including Mahmoud El-Madhoun, the Director-General of the ministry, and Ahmad Dallol, Head of the Diplomatic Training Department, congratulated the new director of the Turkish Red Crescent Office on his newly-assumed position.

El-Madhoun discussed with the Director of the Turkish Red Crescent Office the current activities of his Ministry, its future plans, and the urgent development projects needed in the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Director of the Turkish Red Crescent Office thanked the Ministry’s delegation for their visit and promised them more vital support for the benefit of the citizens in the Gaza Strip.

It is worthy to note that this visit is part of the Ministry’s efforts to promote collaboration with international and local organizations.
