The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on Thursday, Feb 10, the opening ceremony of the qualification program in international and diplomatic cooperation in Al-Mathaf hotel on Gaza beach.
The ceremonies were attended by a number of prominent government dignitaries, including Mahmoud El-Madhoun, the director-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmad Muhaisen, the Head of Youth & Culture Authority, Samir Mtair, the undersecretary of Local Governance Ministry, Salama Marouf, the Head of Government Media Office, and Ibrahim Al-Zaim, the Director of Strategic Initiative Malaysia – Palestine, the official sponsor of the program.
Dr. Ahmad Dallol, the head of the Diplomatic Training Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, opened the events by welcoming the attendants and highlighting the objectives of this unique program.
From his side, Al-Madhoun talked about the most significant achievements of his ministry during the previous period and called the participants to do their best in order to ensure the success of the program and acquire as much knowledge and skills as possible.
Al-Zaim presented the efforts by the Strategic Initiative Center to support the foundations of government work during the previous period, thanking the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for its role in the service of the Palestinian cause.
At the end of the event, Dallol thanked the attendants for accepting the invitation of the Ministry and wished success for the participants in the program.
