The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched, in collaboration with the Supreme Committee of Projects & International Cooperation and General Personnel Office, a professional training course in project management for employees in relevant government bodies.
The launch ceremonies were held on Wednesday, Dec 15, in the diplomatic training hall at the Ministry’s HQs and were attended by representatives of the Ministry, the Projects Committee, the Personnel Office, and the contracting training company.
The training course targets 25 government employees in the departments of projects & international cooperation and seeks to provide them with new skills and experiences.
The trainees learned about local, regional and international civil societies organizations, and practiced writing projects’ proposals, defining their objectives and justifications, and linking them to local and international development plans.
It is worthy to note that this is the first meeting in the course that will last for more than two months.
