The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held on Monday, January 9, 2023, an event to celebrate the new year and honor the best employee of the year 2022. The event was attended by the director-general of the Ministry, Mr. Mahmoud El-Madhoun, along with the heads of departments and the Ministry employees.

The event started with a speech by Mr. El-Madhoun, in which he welcomed the employees, wished them a happy new year, and thanked them for their efforts, highlighting their achievements during the previous year. He also stressed that the best employee award aims at motivating the employees and increasing positive competition among them.

At the end of the event, he handed the best employee award to Dr. Ahmad Dalloul, Mr. Saleh Abu Sakran, and Mrs. Tahreer Al-Taramsi.

Out of its belief in the importance of voluntary work, the Ministry created for the first time the best volunteer award, which was given to Mr. Taleb Herz and Miss. Fatema Shamiyya in order to thank them for their efforts and extraordinary performance during the year 2022.

In the end, Mr. El-Madhoun called all the employees to follow the example of their honored colleagues and to exert more effort to develop the government work.
