The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs held a training meeting, last Thursday, 18th of March, entitled “Communication Skills in the Work Environment” in the Diplomatic Training Hall in the Ministry’s headquarters.
The session was presented by the training expert and lecturer at Al-Aqsa University and Al-Quds Open University, Ms. Shireen Abu Qura.
During the meeting, the trainer stressed the importance of effective communication. She, also, shed light on the methods of managing relationships between co-workers in the work environment, as well as, the public.
In turn, there was active participation from participants who asked questions and shared their personal experiences from their work in the government sector.
It is worth noting that this session is a part of the course entitled “Forgery Detection and Managing Ratifications in Ministries” which is held within the Diplomatic Training Program in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the ministry’s cadre and the employees from different ministries, to improve the government’s cadre.
