Attracting Trainers for a Training Program

“Improving the Employees’ Skills in Project Management and International Cooperation in Government Departments”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces, in cooperation with the General Personnel Council, its need to attract a number of trainers for the training program “Developing the Employees’ Skills in Project Management and International Cooperation in Government Departments” with a total of 70 training hours on the following topics:

• Drafting project financing proposals.
• English language for writing project proposals.
• International Organizations and their policies in Palestine.
• The most prominent international grants and their requirements.
• The system of local NGOs and the regulations governing them.
• Successful local and international experiences in project management.

Trainers or training companies wishing to participate in the training tender may receive the terms of reference document sealed by the Finance Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs no later than 01:00 PM, on Monday, the 4th of October, 2021. The submission of financial and technical bids will be open until 01:00 PM, Tuesday, the 12th of October, 2021, as the training will begin at the end of October, 2021.

Notes:

• The ministry is unrestricted to the lowest prices.
• The tender may be subject to compartmentalization according to the fields proposed.
• Technical and financial bids can be submitted individually or with a training group or a training company, for any of the required topics.
• The chosen trainer or training company will be charged with the advertising fees.
• The fee for the notebook is 50 shekels.
• The chosen trainer or the training company shall provide a bank cheque for 10% of the amount of the financial bidding as a guarantee of good performance.
