The Ministry of Foreign Affairs concluded the course of negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. The ceremony was attended by the sponsors of the course from Forward-Thinking, Mr. Oliver McTernan and Mr. Jordan Morgan, along with the Head of Diplomatic Training in the Ministry, Dr. Ahmad Dallol.
During the ceremony, certificates were handed to 26 trainees who attended 32 training hours over the period of 3 months.
The course was held via Zoom due to the COVID-19 restrictions and included the topics of the negotiation process, communication, mediation strategies, and conflict resolution.
The training course is part of a larger program held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the government employees in the departments of projects and international cooperation.
